VANESSA PENA

Vanessa Peña is an Associate Financial Professional with over five years of experience at the office of Patricia Peña, where she became a full-time team member in 2025. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Finance and Risk Management & Insurance from Baylor, and is also a licensed insurance professional.

In addition to her financial role, Vanessa oversees tax preparation and estate services through the firm’s sister company, RGV Tax and Estate Services, ensuring clients receive comprehensive, well-coordinated support for their financial and legacy planning needs.

One of the most meaningful aspects of her career is the opportunity to work alongside her mother, Patricia. Vanessa credits her mother as her greatest mentor and is grateful for the knowledge, guidance, and values she has learned along the way. Her goal is to continue growing professionally—not only to honor her mother’s legacy, but to serve every client who walks through the office with excellence and care.

 

Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys traveling—especially to Europe—and has a deep passion for musical theater (she may even sing if you ask!). Most of all, she cherishes time spent with her sisters, her dogs, and, of course, her mom.
